A girl, about 7 years old, was rescued from the rubble in a 9-storey residential building, where she was hit by a rocket during enemy fire.
Rescuers pulled the girl out from under the rubble and transported her with the help of medical stretchers and handed her over to medical workers.
Work is underway to rescue people from the rubble. There are 22 fire and rescue vehicles and 78 personnel.
